"Futurology" is the point of view of french curator Herve Mikhailov (concerning of his name he’s not complete french curator). And "Utopias" exhibition has been selected by young Russian curators Julia Aksenova and Tatyana Volkova. The list of artists that will be represented in Garage is quite impressive. I’m sure that it’ll be the main exhibition project on Moscow art spring.
"Futurology" investigates the avant-guard movement of the first half of 20th centure and its influence to the actual Russian art scene. There will be abstract and figurative art works by Kazimir Malevich from the collection of Moscow Museum of Modern Art. At the same time Garage will represent 18 absolutely new works by contemporary artists.
