How Much to Pay for Visa to Russia

How much will visa to Russia cost? According to the rules, information on specific rates can be obtained only at information stands directly in the consular offices. As well you can get the information on their websites, that portal contains all the links.

There is no single tarif. For instance for citizens of countries of European Union visa fee today is about €35 - this information is contained on the websites of Russian Embassies in Finland, Germany, the Czech Republic and France. According to the diplomatic mission in Poland, one should pay for visa 137 Polish Zloty (approximately €37), visa is issued within five working days or more, and for the immediate issuing (up to three days) one have to pay €75. But for example for Americans the cost of Russian visas from 1 January 2008 increased from $100 to $131. And consular Section of the Embassy of Russia in North Korea (North Korea) takes for visa from €25 to €100.

But note that there're hidden costs - you should get an invitation from Russia. On my blog you can apply for invitation for minimal price - $30. But usually the firms ask more, about $50. And when you are entering to Russia you are oblige to register your visa - it costs about $18. So you can add $50 minimum to the official price.
