    Izmailovo Market in Moscow

    Share

Some days ago I made a post about Moscow flea markets. Now I’ve decided to expand it and pay special attention to the Izmailovo market. The weather is getting better in Moscow and sunny days come. So now it’s the best time for flea shopping)

On Izmailovo market all the souvenirs are much cheaper than in the center of the city. Additionally the territory of the market is very comfortable for shopping - wood series, tidy counters.

There you can buy both the pieces with Soviet symbols, and the classic Russian souvenirs. And of course it’s the paradise for collectors - icons, postcards, old books, old furniture, vintage clothes and bags, magazines, even paintings.

The entrance to the market is located in 2 minutes by foot from the Partizanskaya metro station (former name is Izmailovsky Park). It's close to Izmailovo park and Izmailovo Kremlin. Follow the signs like this)

The market is open on weekends from 10:00 to 17:00.
